You’re about to embark on a delicious journey to make Bánh Xèo, a famous Vietnamese crispy pancake. Golden and crispy on the outside, filled with savoury prawns, pork and fresh vegetables, it is packed with flavour and the soul of Vietnamese street food. Served with fresh herbs and a delicious dipping sauce, every bite is crispy, fresh and full of flavour.
